He is survived by : his children, Rachel Ellen Goodpaster (Casey) of Lore City, Robert Cecil Frame (Lucretia Hope) of Blue Rock and Randall Don Frame of Plymouth, Indiana; his grandchildren, Annaca Faith and Addalyn Grace; and his sister Ada F. Frame of Zanesville.
