Elaine K. Marquart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine K. Marquart (Bluffton, Ohio), who passed away on November 18, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kurt Radabaugh and Ruth Radabaugh (Oman); and her sister Helen Harrold. She is survived by: her husband Jay B. Marquart of Pandora; her children, Greg Palmer of Upper Sandusky, Lisa Lombardo (Sam) of Olmsted Falls, Abby Marquart of Luckey, Ally Siegel (Mitchell) of Versailles and Amy Marquart of Cridersville, Ohio; her brother Howard Radabaugh of Keystone Heights, Florida; and her nieces, Sheila Gentry (Roy) of Perry and Dana Bittner of Perry. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
