Janet A. Messinger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2025, at the age of 93, Janet A. Messinger (Bluffton, Ohio) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet A. Messinger to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Stover and Fanny Stover (Basinger); her sisters, Betty Baxter and Annabelle "Annie" Ropp; her pet Tippie; and her husband James Messinger.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Smith (late Donald Smith) and Doug Messinger (Connie); her stepgrandchildren, Shannon Green (Jordan) and Glenn Miller (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Christian, Uriah and Griffin. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Mennonite Church (8905 Columbus Grove-Bluffton Rd, Bluffton, OH 45817).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ebenezer Mennonite Church Youth Fund.
