It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Wayne Dye of Bluffton, Ohio, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeffery Wayne Dye to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dye and Peach Dye (Wireman); his wife Cynthia Bucher Dye; his grandson Michael; and his sister Doris Dye.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Dye (Kari) of Marysville and Amy McKee (Brad) of Mount Cory; his grandchildren, Connor, Austin, Adilyne, Maia, Leo and Lainey; and his siblings, James Dye (Deborah), Mike Dye (Pam), Mickey Dye (Lisa), Barbara Collier (Tom) and Melissa Woodruff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Bluffton (239 S Main St, Bluffton, OH 45817). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
