She is survived by: her father James Follas of Rockport; her close friend Josh Brown of Rockport; her mother Charity Guinther of Rockport; her daughters, Alexis Lehman of Rockport and Lila Brown of Rockport; her sister Sarah Melton of Bluffton; and her nieces, Sadie Melton of Bluffton and Caycee Strickland of Bluffton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Bluffton (239 S Main St, Bluffton, OH 45817). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
