She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Wilson and Louadis Wilson (Pierce); her husband Leroy White; her son Jim Welch; and her siblings, Wayne Wilson, Alfred Wilson, Eugene Wilson and Della Sargent.
She is survived by : her children, Jack Welch of Beaverdam, Harold Welch (Denise) of Lima, Richard Welch (Sherry) of Bluffton, Pete Welch (Brenda) of Lima, Perry Welch (Sherri) of Charlotte, Rex Welch (Hope) of Wapakoneta, Brenda Strunk (Paul) of Dayton, Sue Kinn (Jim) of Bluffton, Becky Foust of Bluffton and LeeAnn White of Bluffton; and her siblings, Vic Wilson (Darlene) of Tennessee, Bill Wilson of Tennessee and Dallas Hinkle of Loveland, Ohio.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
