He was predeceased by: his father Harold Dean Falk; and his brother Tim Falk. He is survived by: his mother Carol Falk (Mathewson) of Bluffton; his wife Karen Falk (Weyer) of Bluffton; his children, Joshua Falk (Frankie Hamilton) of Bluffton and Brianna Atkins (Clay) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Lilliana, Ezra, Brielle and Caliyah Atkins; his siblings, Mike Falk (Eileen) of Bluffton, Tom Falk (Susan) of Columbus and Tina Benjamin of Bluffton; and his sister-in-law Joyce Falk of Bluffton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services (239 S Main St, Bluffton, OH 45817). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (160 N Spring St, Bluffton, OH 45817).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
