She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Ruggley and Mildred Ruggley (Grismore); and her siblings, Larry Ruggley, Ray Ruggley, Sr. and Diana Mae Ruggley.

She is survived by : her sister-in-law Marie Ruggley of Butler, Kentucky; and her nephew Ray Ruggley (Sue) of Lima. She is also survived by eighteen nieces and nephews.
