He was predeceased by: his wife Roseann Mitchell; and his parents, Clarence E. Mitchell and Edna Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Rohr, Sarah Mendez and Sherri Archer; his brother David Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Samantha Crawford, Elizabeth Rodgers, Cody Rohr, Caleb Mendez, David Rodgers, Shelby Rohr, Peyton Mendez and Kairi Mendez. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
