Cowger; his daughters, Lora Brown of Bolivar, OH and Cathy Brown of Louisville, OH; and his grandchildren, Robert Cline, Saleena Mowls, Brandon Brown, Jessi Brown, Jerry Brown and Morgan Brown. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
