He is survived by: his friend Jay Jackson; his wife Pam Buttermore; his siblings, Steve Buttermore (Bette), Brian Buttermore (Amy) and Mary Sanders (Scott); his sister-in-law Elaine Buttermore; the mother of his children Patricia Buttermore; his daughters, Nicole Herrera (Peter), Angela Rampi (Dustin), Tonja Mattox (Michael) and Jacqueline Buttermore; his stepsons, Justin Ricker (Jen) and Jared Ricker; his grandchildren, Eliana, Dominic Rampi, Briar, Teagan, Peyton, Jase Mattox, Mateo, Lucia Herrera, Jamison, Jaxton, Jiyanna Buttermore, Brayden and Avalyn Ricker; his pets, Harley and Isaac; and his daughter Happy Hour. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
