We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2025, at the age of 49, Mathew Christopher Grinder (Bolivar, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Urfer and Robert Grinder of New Philadelphia; and his sister Lisa Burns (Grinder). He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas (June Grinder) of Dover, Rober Grinder of New Philadelphia, Julia Grinder Chapman of Beach City, Heather Grinder of Strasburg, Amanda (John Wenhardt) of New Philadelphia and Holly (Brian Wood) of Canton; and his siblings' children, Brittany Bell, Ashley Smith, Madison Willis, Chelsea Hamilton, Marah Robinson, Tiah Robinson, Patience German, Chevelle German, Samantha German, Jayme Harrison, Casey Winrod, Jonny and Maze Weinhardt. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, if anyone would like, Mathew would appreciate donations to any animal shelter in the area.
