He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryle; his brother Joal Brown; his parents, John Brown and Grace Brown; his pets, Spike, Buster and Oliver; and his little sweetheart Gabby.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carmella Binder (Bernie), Suzi Brown (Craig Bailey) and Valerie Reiter (Donny); his grandchildren, Jake, Cole, Kloey Reiter, Camden Bailey and Nicholas Binder; his sister-in-law Madeline Brown; and his caregivers, Nicole, Julie, Colton, Adreanna and Tina H.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Second Chance for Animals in Bill's name. (P.O. Box 35706, Canton, OH 44735) Honoring Bill's wishes, there will be no services.
