He was predeceased by: his mother Cleopha Geis (Nuss); and his brother James Geis. He is survived by: his father Bernard Geis; his wife Brenda A. Strasser; his children, Kathy Oakman (Doug) of Wapakoneta, OH, David Geis (Liz) of Dayton, OH, Shelley Watercutter (Kim Razor), Bryan Geis (Kristi) of Jefferson, GA and Paula Owen (Steve) of Lima, OH; his brother Carl Geis (Sue) of Botkins, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Deb Geis of Wapakoneta, OH and Marilyn Fogt (Jerry) of Pampano Beach, FL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
