Rammel (Niekamp) of New Bremen, OH; her husband Carl Clay Cummins; her children, Madeline Cummins of Botkins, OH, Clay Cummins of Botkins, OH, Alaina Cummins of Botkins, OH and Leo Cummins of Botkins, OH; her siblings, Chuck "Cory" Rammel (Melissa) of Hudson, OH, Nick Rammel (Brandy) of Van Wert, OH, Kurt Rammel of New Bremen, OH and Ashley Teneyck of Mt. Vernon, OH; and her niece Lexi Rammel of New Bremen, OH. She is also survived by extended family consisting of numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
