She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Baltes and Edna Baltes (McEldowney); her former husband Floyd J. Fullenkamp; her husband Gene Baltes (Betty); and her sister Rose Mary Raterman (Tom).

She is survived by: her children, Mike Fullenkamp (Lisa), Steve Fullenkamp, Bob Fullenkamp (Jane), Kathy Leugers (Mike), Diane Wright (Randy) and Maryann Wells (Jerry); her grandchildren, Patrick Fullenkamp, Alisson Kreitzer (Greg), Evelyn Zimpfer (Ryan), Brandon Fullenkamp, Lucas Fullenkamp, Morgan Searfoss (Nick), Brock Fullenkamp (Taylor), Christie Mann (Kevin), Megan Rex (Logan), Eric Leugers (Diane), Matthew Leugers, Ryan Leugers (Abby), Nicole Brown (Josh), Tyler Wright, Dylan Wells (Kenzie), Kenzie Vanderhorst (Adam) and Lexi Wells; and her siblings, Joseph (late Linda), Marlene Bettinger (late LaVern) of Coldwater, OH, Carolyn Phelan (late James) of Versailles, OH and Deb (Paul). She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
