With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Lou Klopfenstein of Botkins, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphons Eyink and Lena Eyink (Watercutter); her spouse Dale R. Klopfenstein; her sons, Richard B. Klopfenstein and Daniel E. Klopfenstein; and her great grandchild Jazzlynn Gray.

She is survived by: her children, Judy K. Thaman (Steve) and Robert D. Klopfenstein (Kendra Opperman) of Jackson Center, OH; her grandchildren, Heather Wing (Fred), Jessica Thaman, Matt Klopfenstein (Kathryn), Melissa Westerheide (Jacob) and Amber Green; her great grandchildren, Lorali Klopfenstein, Colton Klopfenstein, Graci Westerheide, Kenner Westerheide, Kinsley Wing and Caleigh Wing; and her siblings, Ronda Manger (late Gene) and Jerry Eyink (Kay Greve).

Memorial contributions may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice.
