She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bohman and Catherine Bohman (Ernst); her husband William Horstman; and her son Joe Horstman. She is survived by: her children, Pam (Ted Prueter), Ada, Tom (Pat Horstman), Beavercreek, Mike (Jane Horstman), Diane (Tod Preston), David (Lynn Horstman), New Knoxville, Cathy (Josh Billing) and Jenny (Steve Oldiges); her daughter-in-law Connie Horstman; her sister Joanne (Ken Lachey); and her sister-in-law Katie Horstman. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grand Lake Hospice.
