He is survived by: his close friend Rebecca Cummins of Sidney; his daughters, Alexis Zwiebel (Justin) of Sidney and Brandie Moore of Piqua; and his siblings, Mitchell Blankenship (Shanna) of Huntington, WV and Roberta Smith (Barry) of Freeburn, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
