He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lawrence and Almeda Gloria Loudermilk (Johnson); his wife Brenda Lee Loudermilk; and his siblings, Steve, Terry, Belinda and Peggy.

He is survived by: his children, Nicole Loudermilk and Clay Loudermilk (Hope Muth); his grandson Levi Loudermilk; his stepson Ronnie Lute (Barb Reed); his sister Cathy Loudermilk; and his close friend Rhonda Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
