He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Waugh and Ruby M. Waugh (Johnson); his wife Linda; and his sisters, Mildred E. Bowles (Donald A.) and Berdena L. Giesseman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marjorie A. McCarthy (William), John R. Waugh (Margie) and Peggy Shanks; and his close friend Lorraine Mullikin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
