We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2025, at the age of 88, Carl E. Heffernan Jr. (Bowling Green, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Heffernan and Jane Heffernan; his brother Robert Heffernan; his granddaughter Margaret George; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer R. Heffernan.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Clarke; his children, Mary Kay George (Michael), Joseph Heffernan (Jennifer L.), John Heffernan (Sally) and Michael Heffernan (Kathleen); his granddaughter Emily Gianino (Sebastian); his children, Erin Heffernan (Ivan Mendoza Leyva), Kaitlyn George, Hannah Hasenkamp (Drew), Samuel Heffernan, Cameron George, Elizabeth Heffernan, Claire Heffernan, Ryan George, Owen Heffernan, Ruby Heffernan, Gavin Heffernan, Mary Heffernan and Elinor Heffernan; and his great grandchildren, Quinn and Levi Gianino.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Dunn Funeral Home- Bowling Green Chapel (408 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402). A rosary was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (150 S Enterprise St, Bowling Green, OH 43402).
