She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Lewis and Avenelle Lewis (Hall). She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Gillingham (Mark) of Cygnet and Brian Sheldrick of Findlay; her grandchildren, Abigale, Ethan and Haylee; her siblings, Carole Kohring of Pemberville, Cathi Kerns (Kevin) of Peach Tree, GA and Donald "Dale" Lewis (Karen) of Bluffton, SC.; the father of her children William Sheldrick of Trout Creek, MT; and her close friend Fred Levee (Pickles) of Bowling Green. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
