She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rose and Norma Louise Hoffheins; and her daughter Rhonda Kennedy. She is survived by: her former husband Daniel Hernandez; her children, DJ Hernandez, Alexis Madden and Amanda Samson; and her grandchildren, Molly, Callie, Lilly, Olivia, Lilith and Aeris.
