He is survived by: his children, Gary Smith, Donna Smith, Sherry Purdy (Tim) and Kenneth Smith; his brothers, Thomas Smith and Robert LaPierre (Sharon); his grandchildren, Amanda Schwanbeck (Mike), Adam Purdy, Matthew Purdy and Dylan Smith; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Annelise, Sawyer, Audra and Olivia.
