He is survived by : his parents, Scott Whalen (Linda) of Cape Coral and Colleen Zajac (Carty) of Bowling Green; his siblings, Jeremy Whalen of Plainfield, Ann Whalen of Bowling Green and Theresa Whalen of Bowing Green; and his stepsiblings, Douglas Zajac (Jessica) of Toledo, Jason Zajac (Ruth) of Maumee, Jacqueline Zajac of St. Pete's Beach and Misty Harrison of Flagstaff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
