He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Schlumbohm and Katherine Schlumbohm (Gaylord); his wife Janis Glassford; his son Eric Schlumbohm; and his siblings, Richard Schlumbohm, Bill Schlumbohm, Gladys Herr, Ruth Williams, Emma Tyson, Myra Williams and Mary Riker.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Schlumbohm (Jeanne), Keith Schlumbohm (Randi) of Bowling Green and Karla Leady (David) of Luckey; his grandchildren, Rebecca Puckett, Eric Schlumbohm (Gretchen), Lyndsey LaRocca (Anthony), Matt Schlumbohm (Lisa), Michael Leady (Micaela Yoder), Kyle Schlumbohm (Samantha) and Brent Schlumbohm (Jessica Lang); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ethan, Lincoln, Liberty, Gauge, Ruger, Emmett and Madisyn; his sister Nancy Stillberger of Findlay; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Schlumbohm.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
