He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jacoby; his children, Tammy Pollard (Tom), Jennifer Carter and John Carter (Kendra); his grandchildren, Mckenna, Cameron, Tommy, Tanner, Rylee, Trent, Jaden, Hayden, Clayton, Raylynn, Kyla and Hadley; his children, Sean and McKayla; and his great grandchildren, Zoey and Wrenley.
