He is survived by: his wife Diane Dunlap; his children, Christopher King and Tracie Castle (Kenneth Lemke); his stepchildren, Richard Wolford (Lisa) and Holly Wolford (Vincent); his brothers, Larry and Eddie King; his grandchildren, Cheyanna, Abbagail (Josh) and Linsey (Aaron); and his great grandchildren, Ezra and Alissa.
