With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Howard Cotrell of Bowling Green, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Iden Cotrell and Hazel Cotrell; and his brothers, Leon and Calvin Cotrell (Linda (Whitmer) Cotrell). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Brenda Whitmer of O'Fallon, IL. He is also survived by two nephews-in-law, three nieces-in-law.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home (1460 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402). A reception will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 1:30 PM and at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Defiance College, Defiance, Ohio; the Wood County Human Society, Bowling Green, Ohio; or charity of donor's choice.
