He is survived by: his wife Judith LaPlante (Judy); his children, Robert LaPlante of Bowling Green, Daniel LaPlante (Kelly) of Bowling Green and Lorena LaPlante (Chad Sebring) of Maumee Ohio; his grandchildren, Dannielle Pelow (Nicholas), Cassandra LaPlante and Rachel LaPlante; and his siblings, Donald LaPlante Jr., Gerald LaPlante, Sally Newhouse and Louise Day. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
