He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bienkowski and Florence Bienkowski (Bielski); and his siblings, Francis Bienkowski and Jeanne Bienkowski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Ballard; and his siblings, Robert Bienkowski of Orlando, Florida, James Bienkowski (Rhonda) of Germania, Pennsylvania, Thomas Bienkowski (Diane) of Longmeadow, Massachusetts and Carol Lauser (Steven) of Mills River. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as many extended family members and friends.
