He is survived by: his wife Darlene Eckel; his sister Debra Kaltenbach (Neal Spurgeon) of Swanton; and his in-laws, Richard Eckel (Pat), Sister Diana Lynn Eckel and Deborah Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
