She is survived by: her mother Shirley Downs (Ferguson); her husband Jeff; her son Richard Eckel (Christine); her brothers, Ron Eckel (Cathy), Greg Eckel (Linda) and Brian Eckel; her nieces, Nikki Haines and Jessie Moses (Dan); and her great-nieces, Molly and Lilly Moses.
