She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Hefflinger and Lottie Hefflinger (Herr); her husband George Bechstein; her siblings, Harold Hefflinger, Leroy Hefflinger and Iona Hall; her grandson Andrew Bechstein; and her daughters-in-law, Maria Bechstein and Sharon Bechstein.

She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Stacklin (Mike), Eugene Bechstein, Bradley Bechstein (Doris), Jeffery Bechstein and Philip Bechstein (Kim); and her sister Coann Ducat (Clyde). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
