He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Strow and Doris Strow; and his brother Thomas Strow. He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Strow (Schaupert); his son Craig Strow; his stepson Kenneth White; his siblings, Randy Strow (Bettina) and Shelly Wright (Charles Dukes); and his grandchild Phoenix. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
