He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Schurk (Wright); his children, Kristin Tuttle (William), Ryan Schurk and Lauren Schall (James); his grandchildren, Amanda (Rachel) of Bowling Green and Jack of Bowling Green; and his siblings, Robert Schurk and Prec.
