With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Yolanda Martinez of Bowling Green, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Ordaz and Clementina Ordaz (Martinez); her husband Juan Guerra Martinez; her daughter Sandra Sherwood (Dwight); and her siblings, Horacio, Oscar, Maria De Socorro, Velia and Roble.
She is survived by: her children, John Martinez of Bowling Green, Delia Castillo (Amado) of Bowling Green, Brenda Martinez of Tontogany and Leticia Martinez of Toledo; her son-in-law Dwight Sherwood of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Amanda, Robert, James, Joseph, Brandon, Marquis, Marisa, Hunter, Caden and Sabrina; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Clark, Jackson, Jayden, Karson, Lacey, Scarlet, Baylor and Winslow.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dunn Funeral Home- Bowling Green Chapel (408 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
