He is survived by: his parents, Carl Herbert "Herb" Brumbaugh (Deborah Cole) of Covington and Deborah Cole of Bradford; his son Joseph "Joe" Brumbaugh of Bradford; his girlfriend Debra Fair of Bradford; and his girlfriend's son William "Will" Bashore of Springfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
