He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leonard Lutz and Katherine Ann Rinearson (Mendello); and his brother John Lutz. He is survived by: his wife Debra Elizabeth Lutz (Wilson); his children, Jonathan Lutz of Dayton, Deanna Norvell Wendel of Bradford, Heather Lutz of Bradford and Michael Lutz (Mary) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Devin, Vaileyana, Gage, Finn, Abagail and Shianne; his siblings, Leonard Lutz (Mary Ann) of Marion, Frank Lutz (Andrea) of Marseilles, Dean Lutz of Marion, Donny Lutz (Sandy) of South Carolina and Julie McGuire (Luke) of Marion; his sister-in-law Karen Lutz of Xenia; and his pets, Onyx and OJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
