He is survived by : his wife Penny Kissinger (Tobin); his children, Lowell Jr. (Rochelle Kissinger), Larry (Becky Kissinger) and Lori (Roy Seman); his grandchildren, Lowell Zachary Kissinger, Valerie Kissinger (Hunter George), Kyle Kissinger and R. J. (Kayla Seman); his great grandchildren, Braxten Seman and Brantlee Seman; and his sister Lavonne "Cindy" Schaub of Russia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
