She was predeceased by: her husband William Edward Smith. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Smith of Dayton and Robert L. (Bonnie Smith); her grandchildren, Michael (Erica Smith), Carmen (Jeff Gephart), Dustin (Jill Brumbaugh) and Derick (Kim Brumbaugh); her great grandchildren, Cash, Jax Gephart, Carter Smith, Peyton, Lacey Brumbaugh, Ethan and Evan Brumbaugh; and her close friends, Rose and Fred Roeth of Bradford. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child or Ohio Hospice of Miami County.
