He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Koether and Betty Koether (Blake); his sister Betty Jo Myers; and his grandmother Edna Blake. He is survived by: his children, Stefanie Underwood (Mike), Andi Koether and Jessica Tuente (Jeremy); his sisters, Sandra Evans (Russell) and Pam Draving; his grandchildren, Brayden Underwood, Rylee Underwood, Camden Koether and Kendall Koether; and his niece Samantha Havens.
