He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Sue Moore (Frost); his sisters, Mary Goings and Ann McGlinch; and his brother-in-law Steve Smith. He is survived by: his children, Cara Smith of Bradford, Connie (Rob Shoenfelt) and Michael (Jenny Moore); his grandchildren, Joseph Bishop of Columbus, Cassie Bishop (Alycia Washington) of New Haven, CT, Amy (Evan Freer), Kelly Moore of Columbus and Jackson Moore of Columbus; his great grandchild Eleanor Freer; his close friends, Jim and Denise Sargent; and his siblings, Margaret "Peg" (Dewaine "Pepsi" Minnich), Joe (Kim Moore), Missy Smith of Troy, Kathy Carine of Tipp City, Sally Anderson of Kernersville, NC and Jean (Mark Karnehm). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
