He was predeceased by: his siblings, MaryAnne and John. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bohach; his children, Matthew, Patrick, Dana and Stephanie; his grandchildren, Kylie, Breannah, Hope, Mary, Gabriel, Scarlett, Aurora and Natalie; and his great grandchild Magnolia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vodrazka Golubski Deliberato Funeral Care (6505 Brecksville Rd, Independence, OH 44131). A burial was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:45 AM to 2:15 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273). A procession was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (6912 Chestnut Rd, Independence, OH 44131).
