He is survived by : his wife Kathleen; his sons, Nick (Chrissy), Erik (Amy) and John (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Johnny, Jimmy, Flynn and True; his siblings, James, Katherine Beniak (Mike) and Georgia Buresti (late Gill); and his sibling-in-law Marko Lapsevich (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
