With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rafaella Marie Rybak of Brecksville, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fortunato DeFini and Josephine (Lavano); and her siblings, Josephine Bonaiuto (Frank), Charles DeFini, Vincent DeFini and Antoinette.
She is survived by: her husband Don; her sons, Dean and Dan; her daughters-in-law, Kim and Megan; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Brandon, Tessa and Adam.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Et Assumption Church (9183 Broadview Rd, Broadview Heights, OH 44147). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Et Brecksville Cemetery (9012 Highland Dr, Brecksville, OH 44141).
