He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, John Cooper Semple (Shannon), Anna Catherine Semple (David) and William Procter Semple; his grandsons, Carson Michael Semple and Ellison Hansard Dabney; his brother Scott Semple (Barbara); and his nieces, Laura and Kelley Semple.
