He is survived by: his mother Cindi West; his grandparents, George and Linda Shreyer; and his aunts and uncles, George Jr. "Ed" West (Peggy), Rodney West, Barry West (Colleen), Jay West (Becky), Lori Smith (Ed), Deborah Schmelzer (Damian), Holly Cade (Roger), Kimberly Haney (Gary), Chad West, Rachel Thomas (Jason), Traci Shreyer (Susan Barrett), Heidi Taylor (Jason), Scott Burke, Nikki West and Stephanie West.
