He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Eugene and Mabel Louise Stevens (Cummans); his wife Doris Ann Stevens (Gordon); and his brother Brent Stevens. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Dunlevy (Frank) and Lori Stevens; his sister Brenda Hopper; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Fisher (Randy), David Gordon (Teana) and Mike Rhoads. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
